Awesome stuff. Their music always remind me of an acquaintance of mine who’s a huge fan and who got to meet the band. Matt even dedicated “Slow Show” to her that night. If I’d been in her place, I would have probably fainted, lol

I also woke up to the tiger lilies continuing to just explode into beauty :)

Went to bed feeling wonderfully nauseated last night and woke up this morning with it worse. But couldn’t call into work so I worked all night feeling like crap. But my night was instantly made better when I came home to a sweet postcard and chocolates from Croatia :D :D

I am crazy behind in book reviews right now on the book blog. Ok..let’s face it, I’m crazy behind in life right now. In my defense, my private practice is picking up finally so I’ve been working ridiculous hours AND I’m being distracted by too many good albums being released lately and don’t ask how that distracts me from writing book reviews, but it does. Anyway, I have five books unreviewed at this point and it’s stressing me out. This is what is unreviewed right now:
Lamby by Nikki Polidori
Raven Girl by Audrey Niffenegger
Kissing the Beehive by Jonathan Carroll
Talking in the Dark by Billy Merrell
Make Good Art by Neil GaimanAnything in particular you want to hear about?

Late night Sigur Ros is the best 😌

So these pictures are not the most appetizing in the world, but I promise you the end result is AMAZING!!! And if you’re vegetarian, just take out the ham and replace it with a veggie or just leave the cheese! Giving credit where credit is due, this recipe is inspired by Ante! I went and bought some crescent roll dough and spread some chive and onion cream cheese on it. Anything is better with chive and onion cream cheese on it ;) I topped that with two pieces of ham (nitrate free for me due to headaches) and then half a slice of american cheese on top of that! Then roll it all up and bake it at 350 degrees for 16-17 minutes. Nom Nom Nom…..

Woke up to this this morning. My lilies are finally opening. To say it was worth the wait is an understatement. So beautiful! #lily #lilies #garden #nature #plants #orange #black #speckled #gorgeous
