This is the year I will successfully grow swiss chard. I saw these gorgeous transplants at my local nursery and picked them up. Anyone have any good ways to cook chard? never really had it before.

Throw it last minute chopped up into any soup for extra greens, I love it in fritattas, I make an onion and chard one almost every weekend. I save the stems and chop them up to add in stir frys and chilis.

sautéed with lemon juice, olive oil and garlic (maybe a little salt and pepper), i put that over some couscous, quinoa or something similar. either that or in a scramble with eggs. i grew so much of it last year, but never got bored of it.
