Stupid bugs :(

Cut my first sugar baby watermelon and it was so good!! It’s the size of a grapefruit XD so cute! Saved some seeds! Sent me a message if you want me to send you some!!

Three of these babies and this is the biggest of them right now! I’m really mad at my garden this year though….a lot of the watermelon vines looked really bad, so I pruned them today. I had to pull my okra up today too because it looked so very bad…like sticks coming out of the ground.

I found another watermelon growing! That’s THREE growing right now \o/

Another little watermelon! Actually I have three watermelons growing in the garden now \o/ The other one that I picked was not ripe enough :( So I know to leave these in longer now.

The first watermelon of the year!

Garden loot of the day…in addition to this I got an eggplant and a watermelon!

The watermelon is getting even BIGGER!! I know this is no big deal for most people, but this is the first time I’ve ever grown melons :p To me, watermelon was always something you get from the grocery..so this is really exciting!

My little watermelon is starting to get not so little now! I put it on a styrofoam plate today to protect it from rotting.

The watermelon keeps getting bigger :D I’m so excited…this is the first time I’ve ever grown melons. I have a sugar baby watermelon that’s getting bigger too…so something is pollinating them even though I don’t see many bees. Now I just need some cantaloupes!
